Thank you for shopping with MAYAM. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation and delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier service.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or strikes.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for unused, unworn items in original packaging with refunds issued after inspection, return shipping covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect, and all requests handled via WhatsApp.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Your parcel will be delivered within 3-4 working days.

Shipping is free nationwide on all orders, with no additional delivery charges at checkout.
