All product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, update product information, or cancel any affected orders at our discretion. All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout through the available payment methods.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products. In the event of a product defect, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.
